SLI - When will it work again?

I have been waiting patiently since the DX11 update to get my SLI working again.  Now there is a topic on this somewhere in these forums, but last I read, they were not able to figure out how to get it to work.  All they were able to do was get something like SLI working that caused lots of artifacts to appear when playing.

 

I need the frame boost that SLI will give me, my poor GTX770 is near maxed out on usage on only one card.  Right now I have to play with the lowest graphics settings just to maintain 60fps in most cases. 

 

Any word on what is happening with SLI would be nice.

I believe that the official word is still the same, that is that NVIDIA still has not released official SLI profile for il2bos

 

Having said that, I might be one of the few people that it is currently working for, with the little tweak described in previous posts - I only changed one setting, that is the SLI DX11 line in the Nvidia Inspector to 0.0000005 - not sure how many 0s, but definitely ends in 5...

 

i get great frames and no stutters, both GPUs running close to 100% at times

 

running ultra, 3xdist, full screen, 4AA, at 2560x1600
