Skins in VR, Rata is a gem

Everything isn't created equal. Some skins, seen from the cockpit, are passable, while one, maybe more, really seem to shine, literally. The Rata skin, I think, is the best of the bunch I don't know why but it really seems to come alive in VR. Most remind you of what they are, flat and emotionless if perfectly acceptable, to very good, for normal simming but really look a bit lack lustre in VR. It might be the shine effects and bump mapping that help bring it to life (?) that, unlike other aircraft, seem to be be visible from the cockpit as well as external view.
