I would suppose this. I put it first in the campaign folder, like other scripted campaigns, but you have to put it in the main game folder.

Thanks Jade for updating and redoing this great campaign. I was just flying the prologe and I absolutely liked the new wind setting, it is more challenging now, plus, my 190 didn't despawn immediately after I stopped.

Unfortunately I also found four things, that might need some improvement.

The first thing is something only the Devs can improve. When I looked to my side after stopping in the parking area, I saw the wheels of the Ju52, that were not near round, but in fact clearly had nine corners. Such pictures definitely don't fit in a modern PC game.

The second is something I saw in several scripted missions with airstart. When you are already flying a hundred kilometres or so, you don't have 100% fuel. It should be reduced.

The third, the AI aircrafts despawned already on half of the runway, not in the parking area, as it was.

And last, you introduced a second train near Sekretov, where the player lands, coming from the opposite direction of the first one, and the two crash in the turn at Sekretov.

These are small issues, but maybe you want to iron them out.

But I am looking very much forward to fly the other missions now.

Hi, thanks for the answers.
I still have the problem that does not load the campaign, as you can see by the image does not load or the text of the campaign, badly we started, I throw it and black screen.

Steps to install
- last update v 3002c of the campaign, unzipped in the folder campaign.
   
- delete msnbin files. of all the missions and with STEditor.exe open and
   Save all the missions.

After several failed attempts, I do not know what to do.
The BOX is in Spanish that is not a problem for the translation of the text, since I have campaigns in another language where I do not see the text of the missions but if the campaign loads me, I know that this is not the problem, but I already think about everything .

Have you tried deleting the .spa files. I think they might be the issue.

Hi Julian, I first unzipped 'The Butcher' campaign in the campaign folder, and had the same result as you. Then I unzipped it in the BOS main folder and it worked.

There's some problem with the localization files of the first mission (00-prologue), the files are different from 00.eng. Julian, try to do this:

1. delete 00.spa in the campaign folder

2. copy the file 00.eng to 00.spa

Even if you see the first mission repeated in the list, try to start anyway. It worked for me.

 

En español: Julián, parece que hay un problema con los archivos de idioma de la primera misión, intenta esto:

1. borra 00.spa en la carpeta de la campaña

2. copia el archivo 00.eng a 00.spa

En la lista de misiones de la campaña, dentro del juego, me sale el nombre de la primera repetido, pero la descripción está bien y si intento empezarla funciona.

The 'Destroy the Train Mission " can be tough esp if you chose the airfield which apparently has some wickedly good AA gunners 1 It took several trys to get away clean after hitting the parked planes with my bomb.Meanwhile my flight mates were giving the trains a bit of worry...

my biggest respect for your Mission editing.  

For me it is to difficult, too much,  i cant.  

I just LOVE FLYING like in real life too,but cant really anymore for different reasons. I have been Flying in Mountains 15 years .   Flying with VR is so amazing for me , specially since i found the Mountains in the south of the Kuban Map.  Its so much more 3 D there. I think this should have a potential to really reach also   People with having more the "Flying Aspect" than the correct historical and so...   Ipersonally love both and fly with Sturmovik for 15 years now..     I Love it  !  and since this VR thing ....  WOUU   (1400h VR) 

 

  As i told you ... i cant Programm Missins ( i tried)  so i just used your Mission "The Butcher" and moved it to the Kuban Map in a way that you can Start and Finish landing with your wingman  .    the LANDSCAPES and Flying over the Mountains in Formation ....   HAMMER !!!   Awesome !!

  Please Fly this missions and you will know what i mean . I know that many people will think is too fictionary ( fire in the air and so on...)  but its a real thrilling EXPERIENCE when you Fly this in Virtual Reality !! And your Wingmans and Leader almost scratch the Top of the hills... (but they do it  !)

are no more Videos of this scenes in Mountains and marketing showing .. "Hey you wanna real Flying Experience with Thrilling Adventures and Dogfights?. . 

  So my question there too... isnt it possible to make some fiction (i know there was no war in the southeast.)  Missions/Adventures Flyable as Coop Mission .   I would like to open a dserver  called  like SKY Fun  in the Mountains or something like this.  fast dogfights but also Full expert, navigaton, real maps , Race fights.  who can do this for me... i would pay for it !

I hate to be a the bearer of bad news.  The release of Version 3.0005 has affected your scripted campaign.  Selection of your campaign from the Campaign screen accesses a mission list. Selection of a mission only causes the screen to indicate working, but returns to the mission selection list.  There is no progress beyond this point.  Is this correctable? I hope so as I enjoy the campaign.

Thanks for notifying me. Yes, this usually happens after some patches when major changes are made. Usually resaving the mission in the editor does the trick.

 

I'll get to that and update the download over the weekend.

Hi, I'm not able to see any mission. I see your campaign under "campañas estáticas" section in game, but when I attempo to opeen it i see nothing. I tried the deleting 00.spa option, but nothing happened. No idea about what to do, can you help please? Your campaign seems to be spectacular.

Have you tried creating a copy of the .eng files and changing the ending to .spa?

Yes, I deleted al spanish missions (00.spa , 01.spa...) and copied the same files with .eng changing their names into .spa. But unfortunately nothing happens. Just a black zone ( the bottom of the hangar in fact) when I hit the campaign (because the campaign does appear under static campaigns section). I'm really looking forward to playing it, it has a fantastic appaerance.
