Yellow Circle ?

Was flying the Stalingrad Campaign this evening and noticed something a little odd.

 

I am seeing a yellow concentric circle in the lower front of my display, it seems to turn left/right on it's axis as I turn my head in VR.

 

What the heck is this, someting in the game or something in Steam VR?

Have been flying all week in VR and never noticed this before, but just started flying the campaign...

 

Anyone have any idea what this is and the purpose of it?

 

It is a yellow ring, with a solid yellow dot in the middle. Seems to just float there.

I had icons on, and at first thought maybe it was some marker of sort? No idea what that might be though.

It's very much like the white circle, with solid dot in the middle, but instead of surrendering it runs away.

 

I think it's actually the bomb impact point?

Ahh ok, yes that particular flight in the campaign  it was a ground attack mission and I had couple of bombs loaded up on my Yak, that explains it.
