Windows 10 game mode not working

as said in title, game bar doesn't open.

It works for me but not in Full screen mode - try to uncheck it in graphics settings.

so for anyone else with this issue, run game in windowed mode, push Win+G activate game mode, and restart in full screen

Hi,

game bar opens not in fullscreen...only in borderless window !

You can aktivate the game for game mode.

If you go again to fullscreen there is no game bar.

If you want to aktivate the game bar you get only a flicker on the screen.

How can you see that the game mode is aktive?

Out of best intentions for everyone, do not fall for such "advises". Some people still say the same for winXP too, but luckily that myth dried out in last year or two...

 

Win10 has many, many things to iron out, but multi-threading and usage of hardware resources is not among those when compared to older win releases.

And that is your main concern for a gaming rig (unless you have some serious hardware incompatibility issue that is not fixable).
