If you are having throtte reversed issue, try this:

Hey gang,

I posted the below in another thread discussing reversed throttle problems when starting a mission - there have been a few threads on this, so I wanted to post this here in it's own thread in hopes more might see it.

For my setup, I have found this to be the best workaround to this issue until it gets resolved - at least requires the fewest " changing and clicking" I have to do , to get my throttle to stay as it should be.

Does not mean it will work for everyone, but if you are having this issue might be worth giving a try to help alleviate the pain - let us know if it works for you or not:

Technically I do not have to re-do my settings.

Here is what I have to do, to get it to "take" upon launching the sim each time:

Launch BOS

Go directly to controls-engine menu

Simply click " accept" without changing anything. ( obviously I had already assigned the axis earlier to where it was working as it should in the first mission after assigning).

Go into mission, all is as it should be - for me.

IF I go straight to mission and bypass going to controls-engine first, then both my throttle and mixture ( both assigned to split throttles), are reversed each time. From there I can go to options-controls-engine and click accept without changing anything, back to mission, then all is well.

Upon testing I found that I can just go into controls-engine first prior to launching a mission, click accept without any changes, and all will be well when I start a mission...

I hope this maybe helps some others at least reduce the amount of clicking that has to be done to get it back right. I am using a TM Warthog, curious if this might work for others with different controller setups.

Nice walk around.

Certainly faster than what I proposed  .

And besides it'll likely be fixed in the next update.

Thanks dburnette.

And I thought that the advice would be "Log in, adopt a hugely annoying french accent and help yourself to a bag of crossiants". Good info :):salute:
