No progress bar under the Scripted Campaigns

Since having a new PC built and reinstalling BoS , BoM and the scripted campaigns I was working through, Ivans War, Alberts War, Ten Days etc. I have had to restart each of them but I'm not getting the green progress bar below each campaign as I did on my old PC. Anyone got any idea why and how I can get it back?

Oh! Just coincidence then that it's on my new build! Perhaps this needs to be highlighted to the Devs?
