HagarTheHorrible Posted April 13, 2017 Posted April 13, 2017 (edited) Bugger, darn it, *O&&^(&()((**^(*^* Cant seem to upload screen shots, it's just too much for my little brain. You'll just have to take my word for it. Having turned off various guardian, sensor fade things I put the aircraft, notably the 88 and 111, on auto level and then got up out of my seat (actually I just rolled my real seat across), both physically and, errrr, physically and went and sat in the navigators seat. It was quite enjoyable and relaxing watching someone else do the flying for a change. I also popped outside the left hand side of the cockpit to look in from that perspective, again just really nice and really shows of 777's work and attention to detail very nicely. The only down side was I really wanted to grab the Bombardiers gun in the 88, it was just so tangibly grabbable. Its a bit weird, at first, sticking your head, deliberately, out of the canopy but you soon get used to it although I still try to grab the wrong virtual things instead of real things as I move about. I could really see myself flying as a passenger, or navigator, in the jump seat, of the 88 particularly, it could also be good fun in co-op to watch and chat with a friend or experienced pilot, a nice shared experience.
