sc275 Posted April 13, 2017 Posted April 13, 2017 (edited) Hi all, I'm a DCS player who purchased BoS and BoM today. I have TrackIR, CH ProThottle and Fighterstick and Saitek Rudder Pedals. When I start the game and go to map the controls only the axes and buttons for one controller can be set. I go into the (C:\Program Files (x86)\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow\data\input) input folder and replace all of the joy0 controls with joy1 (for my joystick) and now I can only map the controls for my joystick. I can't map the controls for my throttle or pedals. Is mapping controls this much of a pain in the ass or am I missing something? Thanks! EDIT: I think I managed to get it. The game doesn't seem to register the control until you move the axis around a whole bunch of times. Took me a while to figure it out. If I'm correct going into the text file only changes the order, you don't need to edit the text file every time you'd like to input mapping for each controller. Feel free to delete this thread. Thad Posted April 14, 2017 Posted April 14, 2017 (edited) Salutations, I just completed mapping my Thrustmaster FCS T16000m joystick and Throttle. Pretty straight forward with the in game keymapping. It took a while. I mapped over 42 buttons and axis. I'm sure there will be changes required but I got it done. Now I need a lot of practice to memorize where everything is. =TBAS=Sshadow14 Posted April 14, 2017 Posted April 14, 2017 (edited) Mapped my X-55 stick and throttle without issues. Also mapped my Logitech Driving Force Wheel & pedals as i use them for rudder pedals.Try backup this file and let game create a new one.or backup the file and clear the entries inside it and let game rebuild the file on load.XX:\Games\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow\data\input\Devices.txt You should see something like this showing all your game devices it detected._______________________________________________________________________configId,guid,model|0,,|1,%22619ddf90-117d-11e7-0000545345440280%22,Logitech%20Driving%20Force%20EX%20USB|2,%22169b4c30-117d-11e7-0000545345440580%22,Saitek%20Pro%20Flight%20X-55%20Rhino%20Stick|3,%22169b4c30-117d-11e7-0000545345440780%22,Saitek%20Pro%20Flight%20X-55%20Rhino%20Throttle_________________________________________________________________________ Edited April 14, 2017 by =R4T=Sshadow14
