An HTC Vive, or an Oculus Rift and a suitable system for running either.

 

Edit:  You'd use your hotas, pedals, etc as normal.

Edit 2:  You do not require special VR controllers

There are others that "may" be supported via openvr, assuming there are no issues with other VR content.  See PiMax (sp?) for example.  I'm assuming the developers would like to support as many devices as possible - it just might not be possible immediately.

Oculus has a pretty good system compatibility checker you can download and run to see if your hardware is up to the task, works pretty well.

It flagged my onboard ASMedia USB3 controller as known to cause issues with the Rift, so I purchased a powered USB 3.0 PCIe card prior to installing the Rift and it runs great for me.
