Hello everyone,

 

I pushed the game earlier today. I was looking forward to playing it, I haven't really flown since the height of IL-2 1946, I bought Cliffs of Dover as soon as it came out but.. well ... anyway. A friend of mine was telling me how great this one was, so I went ahead and purchased IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad and Battle of Moscow premium versions earlier today on the IL-2 Sturmovik website. It told me to wait 15 minutes or so for them to show up in my purchases section but.. here I am going on 3 hours later and I still have no purchases listed under my profile. I shot customer service and e-mail and still have received no response. Looking at the e-mailed copy of my receipt it just has a asterisk for the description for a total of $87.98.

 

I was wondering if this is normal? I hate to sound like a spoiled kid but I find this rather annoying.

Support should take a look and respond to you within about 24 hours. If not let me know. We'll get you fixed up. Sometimes the CC processor fails to connect with out database to unlock the content. Assuming the order has been properly captured by PayPal or Authorize.net we will solve the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Same here

 

Game does not start. Reinstallation is no solution. I tried several (older) Nvidia Drivers - no solution. Virus scanner on/off - no solution. Internet Connection works perfect, ports are open. I start the game as Administrator - no solution. 

 

Before the last patch everything was fine - so  the patch is the problem

 

I run win 7 64- bit and a Gforce 1050 Ti

check antivirus  some have been blocking this version as of last week.
