fps drop

I have in my pc

 

I7 2600k stock speeds

16gb ram at 1600mhz

Gtx 1070

Game is installed on an ssd.

 

In game I have full screen unchecked and v sync on. HDR off SSAO off everything else maxed in ultra. Fps limiter off.

 

While playing my frame rate is awesome but every so often it'll drop to 5 or 7 fps for a second or two. I've messed around with in game settings and nvidia cp to no avail.

 

My internet connection is slow I never play mp but I have to be online to play campaign. Haven't tried offline mode yet. Will try it later.

 

If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it as I'm really digging the game but the sudden pause every so often pulls you out of the game.
