Throttle Fix

  I hate to say, I forgot who shared this with the community but it worked for me.

 

Here we go. 

 First off this has to be done every time you start the sim.  Life is tough, get used to it beta tester.

 Start Sim, open a mission. 

Open controls.  Check little box that says "reverse throttle" this is found in the throttle assignment box, go back to mission,

Open controls again Check reverse throttle again.  Go back to mission.  Check cockpit.  Throttle should move same as yours.

If it does not Check the box again. 

 Go have fun.

We have to deal with it till the devs get to it.  Be sure its on the list. 

 

Mods, I believe there should be a sticky so this does not come up every 15 posts.

Umm ok, but all I have to do is go into controls - engine - change nothing, but just click accept - back to mission and working properly.

Little less effort , but yes still a pain in the butt.

 

Thanks for advising me I was a beta tester. Already knew life is tough.

I had read it somewhere, and it works for me... just click the reverse axis button twice, accept and return to the game. All is fine with the throttle. I am sure this bug will be fixed soon enough.    S!

Oh, dburnett that may work for you but most others are having problems. So, I am posting this so that the general population having problems with this issue can get up and flying.  We have limited time with this beta and I am trying to make the most of it for all of us.

And here I thought it was something quirky between the first release & 109 release! I'd initially set everything up & got it working. The latest release comes & my controls were all funky in the 109. Figured it was due to changes made to the controls menu. Got everything working.... Then flew the LaGG. Today I hopped in the 109 & throttle was reversed again.... Glad to find it's just a quick fix in the menus & not buggy plane controls.

Just to clarify, I have the problem as well.  Big time - each and every time I launch the sim, both my throttle and mixture axis are reversed. Just found by trial and error, simply going into the controls-engine menu, clicking on " accept" without changing anything, then going back into the mission seems to correct it.

I fixed all of my goofy issues by canceling all of the POV functions on the joystick. Just delete all of them. After that my throttle worked and I got rid of the zoom function on my canon button.

I did it to same. I hope will be solved soon.
