Cannot download BOM installer from website?

Is the installer for BOM down? Is there a mirror or torrent I can use?

Ed: Have been trying to download the installer for three days now. Keeps getting stuck at 2.8MB and then aborts.

Anybody else having download problems? I tried on several different PC's and browsers and whatnot. Is the download server down?
