Resetting campaign/Transferring license key to a clean account

Hi, I would like to reset ALL progress in my campaign, on my actual account or, alternatively, transfer license keys to another, clean account. I don't care about unlocked planes, all I want is to start anew. I was unable to do such a thing on my own. Where could I file a support ticket for such operation?

I also was wondering the same thing. I really would like to keep one copy of sim like it is so far, and have another one that  I could start over also from scratch. Possible?

i often wondered if the game had a Restart or Reset all stats option (seems it does not)

as for a 2nd account its possible im sure but you will have to pay full price for a new account.
