Game doesnt start

Hello,  i can open the game launcher but when i try to start the game,  i get following answer:

 

Can not create Direct3DDevice

can not create direct 3d device:

if you are running win 7 it needs to be at least build 7601.

Also please make sure platform update KB2670838 is installed.

Are you running the game as an administrator? Right click the game icon > run as admin ?

Which version of Windows are you running?

I had the same problem. Check to see if you have build  7601 win 7 [you probably do].

you need to install platform update KB2670838 ]get from microsoft site]
