Error 2 - Connection lost with master-server

Every time i tried to login the game show me the same error message and I cant connect, when I tried to connect with a friend's account I can login without any problem. I want a solution or my money back

That is strange. Are you saying you have never been able to log in? And if so, where did you buy the game from?

I'm actually having the same problem.

 

Just bought the game, first I was receiving connection error of #10030 and altered my password to not contain umlauts after some googling, and now I'm getting that problem #2 with not being able to connect to master server. Tried it all other programs (including AV and firewall) off and still getting the #2 problem, game should be configured allright in firewall and av.

 

EDIT: Can login now, got a reply from support after ticket which pretty much told me to open up ports and do all the things mentioned in the FAQ. I did not do any of those things as I had already done them, but now it finally allows me to log in.
