Downloading-Installation-Launcher-Re-naming Flight record problem

After about forty hours of flying in BOM-BOS-BOK, with no problems, I had a problem with sim locking up when trying to rename flight records, that required a reboot to clear it. Tried a few more times, then decided to just do a fresh clean install, and start over.Uninstalled sim, went into profile, downloaded a downloader, and installed in C/program files. Loader only loaded a few files, but not enough. It loaded Launcher and Reloader, and neither one works. I've tried to download sim a few times but no luck. Any help would be appericated. At wits end.
