If you want a good TS overlay, try TSNotifier

 

I use this program for a long time on many games. But it has one issue with IL2:BOS, in fact, it is the only game TSNotifier has any problems with.

 

This does not happen in ROF (where I also use Steam, TSNotifier and Reshade) or any other game, and I have tested on many.

 

It's not a game breaking bug tho, especially for those not even running Steam or caring for Steams screen shot and streaming.
