need help- low fps

i5-4200m gt755m×2 sli 8gb ram

i got 60 fps before but only 3 fps now.

anyone knows how to solve this problem? if the directx11 cauesed the problem? thank you.

Thats a major software or hardware issues and not the game

Sound like you laptop is running on built in Intel GPU and not the GT775m
Tho the game does not like SLI your laptop is only a fake SLI as there is no true SLI laptops

Yep, sounds like windows switched you to the intel graphics from your discrete graphics. I occasionally have Windows 10 updates do that, and it's always a pain switching it back as Microsoft thoroughly buried the setting for it.
