FW190A5 skin folder??

Downloaded some nice skins for the FW190 A5, but I can't locate the folder to copy them to. ?? I am going to the correct directory in the game/data/graphics/skins etc... but there is no FW190A5 folder. All other skin folders are there including the FW190A3. And the A5 is selectable to use in the QMB. ??Am I missing something? Thanks.

have you tried just adding the folder then adding skin to it. then go into game and see if skin is selectable.

Also i did not think there was any 4K (nice) skins ready for A5 yet?

Well, that worked fine. I was surprised it was that simple. Thought there would be something more to it than that. Thanks.

 

Also, I posted a link to the 4K section on the A5 skins I downloaded in the above response. They are quite excellent. Thanks again.

It's curious that there is a textures file in the A5 folder in /planes but there was no corresponding folder for skins. ??

To use you have to create a new folder in skins called "Fw190A5"

 

 

1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\graphics\skins\Fw190A5

Texture folder in other planes folder is for the Bumpmaps not skins.

Skins: (4k skins go here)
x:\Games\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow\data\graphics\skins\Fw190A5

Bumpmaps: (4K bumpmaps go here)
x:\Games\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow\data\graphics\Planes\Fw190A5\Textures
