If you look at around 4th minute, there is some really interesting damage to a He-111: the massive wing deformations (but they still hang on), glazing loss and other impressive details caused by a defective V2 nearmiss:

The 111 in game is a tank and takes a mighty beating (i have had endless AAA ricochet off me)
I have scrapped the ground @ 500kph in very late pull out from dive bombing and no dmg to belly (props only cleared ground as it was a mound belly scrapped)

The 111 can out move the 88 and 110 :D

It wasn't in flight, it was damaged by a V2 while parked on the airdrome.

I would suggest that looking at the amount of damage caused by the V2 exploding next to it, any He111 toughness in game is well-merited. That aircraft is essentially intact.

You really must be playing a different game.. in my Il2:BoS the first He111 is the easiest bomber to kill and is especially noteable for damage permeability: ie: if you shoot at the fuselage, your shots will pass through and hit crew members in the entire plane like no other plane in BoS. But then again you are probably a bit new to the game.
