Im running the game load into a misson and after flying for around a min the game stalls and then crashes saying D3D error. ive reinstalled, updated all driver. looked through multiple forums and tried everything still crashes. I have a Titan graphics card can run all games on full apart, this is the first game ive had this issue with.

I've covered all of the issues you mention in the support and still have the same issue. still crashes. spent over 10hrs the last three days trying everything. Can you help, the game il literally unplayable. Ive updated all the drivers and done a clean install of windows. My Titan is running the latest driver from Nvidia 378.78 really want to get into this game. This is all i get after few min flying.

Hartigan Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Have you tried lowering GPU Clock speed example -200Mhz from afterburner. That helped me when i tested overclocking and got unstable results

Ive spent 10+ hrs trying everything i can read on forums and youtube etc. 10hrs of 1mins play haha. I have afterburner and de-clocked it to base settings. I've done a clean instal of windows, re installed all the latest drivers, custom drivers for Nvidia as people were saying GeForce experience crashes the game. I'm at a loss. Played around with all the settings in game, ultra settings to low settings with different resolutions, with v-sync turned on off same with the full screen mode all the same issue. I invested in a joystick pedels etc, want to play this so bad, as it has not been working ive had to revert to playing wings of prey to fulfill my dog fighting urge. Again thanks for the help any thing you can suggest ill try.
Bboypole Posted March 18, 2017 Author Posted March 18, 2017 (edited) ok update, i've played around in the Nvidia settings. no luck still crashes and get the same error after a min or so. i've now played 11hrs of 1 mins to check if its stable. again i dont have this issue with any other game, all others run at full quality/ benchmark. all new updates. Hartigan Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 If nothing helps you have to test another GPU. Not saying you have to buy and replace TITAN but just test . There might be still some conflicts with game program and gpu drivers that devs and nvidia can solve in future
OKCHARLIE Posted March 30, 2017 Posted March 30, 2017 Hi, I get the exact same issue. I have windows 10 64bit two 780ti in SLI mode running in 4k on a single monitor. Tried lots of options but get to play briefly then game freezes and error windows shown. for the time it runs it is very responsive / good frame rate. Did you get any resolution to this?

BlitzPig_Bill_Kelso Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 (edited) Do you have reshade/sweetfx installed or have you had it installed in the past? DXGI.dll is what reshade/sweetfx installs into the bin/game folder. I would remove that dll file and see if that corrects the issue. Also, run DXdiag and post the results. deWaardt Posted April 1, 2017 Posted April 1, 2017 I have the same problem. I own a GTX 950. I played DCS for hours yesterday, after that I played robocraft for hours, and this week I've played hours and hours of Battlefield. Yet, just minutes after launching this game the graphics driver crashes. I have no clue what causes this. Furmark stress test does not trigger a driver error.
moonraker Posted April 2, 2017 Posted April 2, 2017 I installed BOM-BOS-BOK, to do a clean install for another problem. After having to do a clean install of win7pro, at the launcher of BOM. ,I got a D3D error . Windowsw 7 needs to be at least build 7601[which I was, and needs platform update KB 2670838[which I got from Microsoft. Installed update, cured the problem. Moonraker
MaryMay553QJ Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Performance enhancing applications AMD and nVidia both have applications bundled with their driver which hooks into the Direct3D runtimes and tries to apply optimizations for the game. For AMD this application is called Gaming Evolved, or Raptr, in this writing moment I don't know what the nVidia version is called.
