Battle of Moscow PROMO Code Failure.

Pasted PROMO Code into shopping cart, clicked "apply", discount was provided, clicked "buy for myself", clicked "pay by VISA", new page loaded with error. VISA purchase did not happen. Now PROMO Code doesn't work because it thinks I have made a successful purchase.

 

Please is this fixable because I would like to take advantage of the huge discount before it expires. I have filled out the support link page but have not had any reply yet as it's probably middle of the night.

 

I can see somebody else had the exact same error a month or so ago.

Do you get an email with a new link to the code or whats the go with the support for this type of error?

There is still a problem with click "pay by VISA", this empty page opens with an error.

Careful clicking that button, I also got an error but my credit card WAS charged.

I sent another support ticket last night after the third failure. It takes some hours for the failed purchase attempt to register with the PROMO site and reactivating the code.

This time support hasn't responded, s'pose it's not worth the time and hassle for them on a $47.00au purchase. Arh well too bad I missed out, maybe they will have another PROMO in the future.
