DDoutel If you set your camera settings (speed / inertia) to reasonable levels you will see that this is how it is naturally implemented just play around a little with those settings. Thank you for your reply, Jordan! perhaps I should have been a little more detailed. I note that zoom is by default set to the mouse wheel, and i don't have another axis available on my CH gear to assign it to. The mouse wheel is hardly optimal in battle. What I was looking for was a pair of key bindings that serve the same purpose so I could assign them to a hat on the stick. I'll look again at speed and inertia. I think I can also create another axis in script. I may try that. Thanks again! DDoutel
busdriver Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 By any chance did you try setting a binding in Pilot Head Control? That's what I use. 1

Zoom keybinding.jpg Is this a smooth, continuous zoom in/zoom out, or a jump in and out? I'll give it a shot! Thanks, busdriver! https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/27504-new-purchase-few-questions/ Also, CptJack! Thanks; good stuff, here! 1
