Launcher not picking up udate

S! All,

 

Have and issue with the launcher not finding the update..

 

Click on , it  thinks for a bit and then it say launcher failed..

 

Have had no worries with the last 2

 

any ideas?

I have noticed that if I update and then press Play, this first game always crashes before the game has fully loaded.

After this Playing works like it should.
