Can't install the game.

Since I don't have a permission to post in bugs forum, I figure it would be best to post here.

 

I have a problem - can't install the game.

At one point my game get corrupted as I was trying to get it work with the last update.

After I unsuccessfully tried to uninstall it via control panel, I deleted it manually.

 

Figured it would be best to download it all again from scratch.

So I downloaded the fresh installer (355MB) and ran it.

To my amazement I get this screen:

 

 

Unbelievable. So now I'm unable to install the game in the first place.
I know that reinstalling windows has 90% chance to fix my inability to install the  game, but it's a lot of work, so I'd appreciate if someone is willing to tell me what is going on (wrong).

Meh, I figured the fastest way is always self-help so I reinstalled the windows.

 

It worked.   So if someone maybe finds himself in my shoes (above message in picture), now he knows what is the solution.

Now updating the game etc. it will take a while but I hope it wont get messed up this time.
