I had the same problem and have sent off 4 different Emails to support asking them to either re-instate my discount code or supply a new one. Every single time they have asked me for more details about my purchase. I am sick telling them that there was no purchase because my discount code wasn't working and in the last Email I asked them to just let me know if they could or could not supply me with a discount code. Here's their answer: "Please help us to understand the problem by describing the situation step by step.Necessarily, illustrate the description with screenshots" I really wanted to purchase BOM but I think I'll just give up!! I'd be grateful if you could let me know how you got on. Thanks
