P-40 great for toasting BF110's?

The fact is. P 40 did a great job in Africa and Burma. Because it was the plane easiest keeping serviced and airworthy. Probably the best quality plane in ww2.

How to implement that to a game, let the 109 jockey sit on the ground waiting for spare parts.

This is one of the reasons I hate online servers and how they play out, of course the 109 arcade gamers come of as winners. They do not have to deal with rubbish and lack of fuel, unserviceable planes. One more advantage taken away from allied side.

Their bombers can load 2000 kg bombs witch almost never happened and their virtual pilots can demand any unhistorical feature that might be positive for allied side to go away, yes I am frustrated, to the verge of bin this game.

Coops can be done right now, that's exactly how the RoF online wars are run. It just requires, wait for it, patience to get everyone in game without some toddler deciding to take off before the pre-planned time.

Kick that player? We don't have any problems with this in FNBF

Sure, but not in the way that most of us mean when we say "CoOps"

I want BoX compatible with Hyperlobby.

Flew tonight with a buddy in our P-40s on WoL, shot down Mc 202 and two 109s. Plus occasional strafing and bombing. P-40 is about the hardest aircraft to fly but once you fly in a company it shines. Mutual defense can be the key of a successful combat.

People expect nothing of P-40 and i have seen them underestimate it ... right before they were set ablaze.

I still think that a squadron should fly bothing but P-40s on TAW for a whole campaign, and at the end we can see their kills and losses during that campaign.

Would tell you little else other than the quality of pilots in that squad and how well they work together.

There's a lot in there Luse. Serviceability affected both sides and its just not something that can realistically make its way into a flight sim. I can't see how anyways.

No-one will play a game where they join a multiplayer server and get to sit around waiting for a realistically long time for spare parts to arrive. "Look we have a beautiful tent with virtual schnapps and 4K textures while you wait."

Things like cockpit glass quality, fuel quality, the fact that fumes notoriously leaked into the cockpits of some warbirds forcing pilots to use oxygen or keep the canopy open, temperature extremes, etc. are just not things that are either easy or practical to do.

What we can do is restrict bomber loadouts. Sure. That's up to the mission maker really so I don't understand why the game gets the blame for it. I'm glad we have lots and lots of options and then the player base gets to choose how to dispense that. If you play single player then you get lots of power over that.

That is something to love about this fighter. Its always underestimated but if you can make it work in a team setup then its can be surprising.
