6./ZG26_Custard Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 (edited) Dear Devs, I have noticed a massive drop in performance since the last update. Prior to the update the performance hike was fantastic. Even on balanced setting with all the bells and whistles turned off I'm very getting poor performance and frame rates of 20-30 FPS. I rolled back GPU drivers to (376.33) and have done several fresh installs of IL2 but to no avail. One other issue since last update is connecting to master server when first connecting to IL2 in loading screen, it fails every time on the first attempt but then will load on the second attempt. Checked my internet connection and it's fine. Set up is i7 with 32GB of DDR4 ram and a Nvidia 970 GTX. Hopefully the Dev's or others in the community can shed some light on this? PS: Windows 10 64bit Edited February 12, 2017 by 6./ZG26_Custard
Mercyfull Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 I am also having significant, unflyable, performance. 32GB DDR4, GTX 1070, 3.5Ghz i5, SSD.
Hartigan Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 Sounds strange... My rig is much older . i5 2500k, 4.6 GHz, 8 GB RAM 1600mhz and GTX 970 and it performs kind well. 60fps on every situation exept stutter when a lot of ground objects are near with 5-15 AI planes . Game feels heavy and i have input lag with track IR but still maintain 60 fps
=TBAS=Sshadow14 Posted March 19, 2017 Posted March 19, 2017 something wrong mate..GTX780 or better should pull solid 60 fps on Ultra Preset @ 1080P with 2 x ingame Anti AliasingIf not the something very wrong mate (some MP games it might drop to 40fps)
