No download speed

For some reason my download speed is 0KB/P

My internet is working. I don't know if I am the only one who is having this problem

I guess the servers are kind of busy atm. I am dealing with the same issue..

mine and my son's update downloads keep failing after a few minutes, now its says 'failed to get latest version' , maybe server has fallen over?
