I am pleased to report, that now finally, I have gotten to fly this sim!!

Just took the Lagg off for the first time, handled that part ok, stuffed it though when trying to land for the first time.

Now to adjust my controls sensitivity and do a profile for it for my HOTAS.

Zwoop, please try Recovery action from the launcher menu. Before that go to the game catalog, find UPDATES folder and delete it. This can help, but I don't guarantee that it's a cure

Same here but the recovery action does not work because you get stuck in the loop.

I can't use recovery, cause I don't have access to it. Launcher makes checksum to 3151/3319 (as in picture above), then launcher close itself and start again doing that checksum.

Deleting update folder doesn't help.

 

Maybe I should uninstall game and make a new fresh install?

Hehe I have some "good" news for you about that fresh install.

 

I stuck same as you, it was probably my firewall or something.

 

Downloaded installer client again, and turns out:

1. I can't uninstall the game.

2. I can't install game with client anymore, during install I get several bugs.

And yeah., manual file deletion didn't help either.

 

Now I'm downloading that installer again, maybe it was corrupted or something (which I really doubt).

109's aren't too hard to shoot down either,

 

this one i removed part of his left wing first,

 

 

before finishing him off,

 

 

Much more fun flying the LaGG vs the 109, in the 109 its too easy.

Try launch the game from Il-2.exe despite the loop. Still able to run.

My updater is LOOPING ends at 3319 and starts agian. Been doing it for 1/2 hour now

I just keep getting wrong email or password.... tried after resetting... still no joy.  The email/password work to get me here.
