hot/cold starts be chosen by aircraft selection rather than server setting

title sums it all, I reckon

 

 

the idea is:  it would be much more useful for mission design purposes to have hot/cold/running starts defined as a matter of aircraft selection, for the simple reason that those can be limited in numbers

 

that way, you could have a mission offer a given plane in any of these starting conditions, but in different degrees of availability, i.e. less pre-heated engines than planes just brought out of storage, and therefore cold

 

 

basically it'd work the same as the existing loadouts locked/allowed features which are dependent on airfield and plane selection

 

 

that'd open up a lot of options, and would also provide a best-of-both-worlds situation to suit the preferences/patience of various pilots
