It is about 9:11 pm in Moscow, so they probably need more time to upload the patch. I am looking forward to playing in the evening, my time, that is EST. When I am playing, the Moscow team will be snug in their beds or getting up to walk their dogs.  MJ

No. The first update had a bad file and it failed to update. So they turned off update server. Just wait for a fix.
