Recording a picture in the game

The Key for recording a picture ingame is SysReq.

When I use that key during the game I get the picture of my existing screen wallpaper, but not the image I am looking at in the game.

It seems the game screen is overlayed on top of the wallpaper and only the wallpaper is recorded.

Any clue how to solve that?

 

Just for info I play on a 4K screen in 4K res.

If you use reshade they will be in reshade folder i think.

Btw I had tried fraps, but on W10 and 4K display I get a very distorted fraps command screen and it does not work. On W7 HD display no problem.

Last version of fraps that I have is nearly four years old so I suppose there may be some conflicts with video drivers. I use  an Asus  GTX 980ti board.

Could it be due to fullscreen vs windowed issue?

Fraps you must set to take jpg or png for 4K res i think

Jpeg issues with with 3840x2160

Nvidia ShadowPlay can make screenshots and record video.
