Here is a good Junkers 88 dive bombing picture from the original Ju 88 manual (translated in English by Cliffs of Dover players). The dive bombing starting altitude is anything between 2000 - 4000 meters depending on target's flak effectivity etc. These instructions are to the Ju 88 A-1 model which has manual propellers pitch. With the Ju88 A-4 model with AUTO propellers pitch just set the RPM's to 75% (RPM 2250) before you're diving.

I have not used that "Supercharger set to ground" (position 1) function, because the Ju88 A-4 has an automatic supercharger. There is possibility to switch it to the level 1 (second choice is "auto"). Just try it! ;)

There is a picture how to make a safe emercengy landing with a single engine:

Cliffs of Dover players guide to A-1 model. It is very good with the A-4 model, too!

Nice pic and info

My biggest tip

88 Take Off:
RESET TRIMS (probably single most important part)
Winter = 85-90% Power - Zero Flaps - Nose down @ 150kph - Rotate @ 250kph
Summer = 90-100% power - 15% Flaps - Nose down @ 150kph - Rotate @ 220kph

The illustrations from the "Luftwaffe Skizzenbuch" by Hans Liska in particular are invaluable... How much fun it is to read through these :)

Does anybody know is there any chart or manual from where you can check how much to load fuel with the current bomb load and the current range?

you mean for likw TAW or WOL online?

No point the maps are so small that bombload dont really effect fuel consumption much.
Just figure it out by the planes Endurance stats which are for max bombload.

Eg, He-111 3,000 Miles with 100% fuel
(so for 98% of WoL missions 20% fuel (enough for 600 miles is way more than enough)

Thank you Sshadow! I mean just those servers and all the maps in this simulator. Can you tell the fuel consumption of the Ju88? Fuel tanks are 1680 liters but how much do I fill them for ex. to 300 miles range? How much it needs fuel during climbing (85% RPM/ATA) and during level flight (75% RPM/ATA)?

There are gauges in the cockpit indicating actual fuel consumption. With our usual loadout of 6x 250kg it's sth around 400 l / h on combat power (1.25 ata) and 360 l / h on continuous (1.15 ata).

You can easily check ingame and compare different loadouts.
