Dedicated Server Failing to update with 2.007 update

Wingwalkers here....we tried multiple times to update our server and it has failed to update.  The update file size appears to be less than what we see on our updates on our own machines ( 300mb vs 500mb)

 

Any advice?

Copy and paste the main folders. Bin and data...?

I should have known this cause it happened before.  If users "X" out of the dserver vs "file exit" you run the possibility of multiple dserver.exe's running in task manager.  You can not update till they are all killed.

checking update cache seemed to take much longer than normal

 

tried to find d.server as suggested ... couldn't find any running

used the restarter .. error #10027 ... failed to verify packed data  .... restore data files

 

huh?

 

I remember a similar problem in the past .. had to delete entire game and reinstall .... my internet connection speed will take 24 hrs to download ... !
