The code already exists it just needs to made user editable. Seconded. This is one of the sim aspects of CLoD that currently stand out over BoS. Is it a top priority? Well, no...but it would be really nice to have one day in the not too distant future.

The code already exists it just needs to made user editable. As long as you are talking about selecting historically accurate compositions from an official list I'm OK with that. If you are talking CLoD where you pick each round and compose your own custom belts, absolutely not. Pilots, with the possible exception of a very few "experten" did not get to make that call in any air force. With the exception of pulling tracers in some cases, the composition of ammo and loadouts is not and never was done at the line level. I'm OK with colors of tracers if there is supporting documentation. Submit it to the DEVS through the proper PM channels.
[APAF]VR_Spartan85 Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 I personally would like if they even dimmed the tracers slightly from each side, I mean the further away you are the bigger and brighter the tracers seem. See the tracers before the actual aircraft. I would be ok with tracer-less rounds, prefer it actually.

Then everyone can have it for free and no need to bother them with this minutiae
