Sokol1 Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 I had no idea what this was all about so I googled it. Apprently it is a dynamic MP campign?(was hoping for SP but oh well), Tried to read the manual but it was in spanish(I think) Yes, for what I get is a kind MP Dynamic Campaign for 20 x 20 (or 30x30, depends on server) people, running in SW of France area, with both sides fighting a fictional strategic war (no B of B related) with resources management (factory, fuel, energy production, supplies, etc). Run at Sundays, with ~2 hours missions. Require pre-register. In some ways similar to ACG SOW. HRCODWAR engine is initially based in the (bugged) SNAFU- "Kanalkampf" * for CLoD ( a very good idea impaired by CloD bugs), but with a new engine system. Since most of squadrons involved, as well the code creators is Spanish, documentation is in this language. * Back in time a squad mate run SNAFU- Kanalkampf in their server for a while.* I like the idea, you can fly a kind o SP missions launched by server, can fly solo, in COOP, against AI/other players. The "campaign" run for a period, a week, a mount... * As almost all in CLoD, "sink" due bugs and lack of players interest.
HR_Pingu Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 The web and the code are available for anyone. There is also an english version of the rules and the website itself. Look for the flag icon on the web or just here: http://www.halconesrojos.com/hrcodwar/en/home
