If you make a short track where the problem is visible I can check what happens on my version of the driver, as I haven't updated it yet.

I'm still on 368.81 due to some crashes while on the previous released driver (gtx 780). Maybe ill give this one a try.

dont it has cloud issues..

If you are using gtx780 and not playing other games that need it..
then there is no point to upgrade the drivers.

368.81 on GTX 780 will pull 50-75 FPS in MP on Ultra 1080P + Reshade

no vanilla install only, and SSAO on and off, no difference. HDR off and on no difference, its only the BOM map clouds.

New driver works fine for me. No issues with clouds or anything.

New driver (378.49) seems to be working fine for me - nothing seems to look different than before with the clouds, either on Moscow maps or other ones.

Mastiff, just so you know your not crazy, I ran across this last night on RE+ (Moscow Map).  I had tested with heavy overcast and had no issue.  Last night it was broken clouds when I ran into it.  Don't know if the issue existed prior to this driver version.
