PWCG ERROR LOG snafu

I know this has happened to others ( this pop up message during debrief) but after doing a search I haven't found a solution.This only started happening after a new install 0r v.2.1.2 replacing an earlier version.All the other versions worked fine, but now I've got this small but slightly irritating message.Is there a quick & easy cure I'm missing?
