Blank mission list file.

Attempting to create some missions. Upon saving said mission(s) their .list files are blank.

 

What may be causing this... I assume it should not be blank.

You must save the mission under the multiplayer directory

I think its only an issue if you are zipping the mission to share the mission by email. In that  case the person it is sent to may need to delete the .list file and re-save it from the editor if they are not using the exact same file path as you.
