Edward has written a number of books on aviation during WWII. His latest book “War over the Steppes: The air campaigns on the Eastern Front 1941-45” is a fascinating look at the air operations carried out by both the Russians and Germans during the war.

Love this podcast! I have also discovered a new one. It is just starting but it seems interesting. It is the story of a fighter pilot. His grandson is the one narrating the whole thing so it looks like it will have a lot of interesting insights
