Which files (BoS & RoF) shall I backup when re-installing my controllers?

In BoS I know it will be found in this folder --> E:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\input

And in RoF it should be this one --> E:\Program Files\777\Rise of Flight\data\input
