A-Delacroix Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Hey guys,I have a Thrustmaster joystick and throttle setup. I'm having trouble looking around/turning pilot head effectively while flying. Currently, I have to use one of my hands to use the mouse to do this thus taking away from throttle control or joystick control. I've lost track of so many enemies because I've not been able to look quickly enough and follow them. I've tried setting up the HAT switch to turn my head but it's not very effective. The pan view would be great except when I click the HAT switch in any direction it is extremely sensitive and throws the view much further than I'd like it to go. Does anyone know how to adjust the sensitivity of the HAT switch so I can have a more controlled turn when I look around with it?
Sokol1 Posted January 10, 2017 Posted January 10, 2017 Look at camera and adjust sensitivity. I am TrackIR "allergic", so use POV HAT with "translation movement" together: 1
A-Delacroix Posted January 10, 2017 Author Posted January 10, 2017 Well now I feel absolutely silly. With all my effort and finagling with settings I didn't even think to adjust the camera sensitivity. Thank you so much for pointing this out for me! I have it set very nicely now.
