AI not following order

Hi,

 

I don't know why, but since it was my first mission in the game, I was just asking my teammates to form up in V and I don't know why, they were like everywhere on the map. Two of them started following some high altitudes enemies and other two were kind of following me, but not at the same speed as me.

 

If they join formation, they are so slow to form up. It take more time than the mission.

 

Also, I don't know why some time AI are showing on map and some time not?
