DD_bongodriver Posted December 6, 2013 Posted December 6, 2013 true story. the bottom line is that a clickable cockpit adds to immersion and nothing more. it doenst add to functionality, it just makes the end user feel like he/she is doing something inside the bird. Not really, come the implementation of the oculus rift it will be a much simpler way to use the ancillary stuff that isn't mapped to HOTAS
-MG-Cacti4-6 Posted December 6, 2013 Posted December 6, 2013 Me? Aggressive?.........you must be a really sensitive little flower.........or more like you can dish it but can't take it. I'll just leave this here
DD_bongodriver Posted December 6, 2013 Posted December 6, 2013 I'm not the one crying about it, sparky. Nobody is crying but my god are you whingeing.
BlackArabian Posted December 6, 2013 Posted December 6, 2013 Besides, by the time you have taken your hands of your HOTAS and fumble around with the mouse pointer, you would had not only taken you eye of your horizon and or target to located your mouse pointer, you would had gone into a steep dive doing so, towards the earth before you manage to find the nob you are trying activate. Lol. But no, seriously it would be great to have.
HeavyCavalrySgt Posted December 6, 2013 Posted December 6, 2013 Is there an award for "most threads locked"?
BraveSirRobin Posted December 6, 2013 Posted December 6, 2013 No it isn't. Just because you personally wouldn't use something doesn't make it useless. It could only be classed as useless if NOBODY chose to use it, and this thread and many others like it clearly show that wouldn't be the case. It's useless to me. I'm pretty sure that's the person whose opinion I was expressing.
Jason_Williams Posted December 6, 2013 Posted December 6, 2013 This whole thread is neither productive or necessary. Jason
