lost activation my key

Hi, I got BOS as a gift for christmas from my wife last year 2015. I installed it and poked around a bit but never really played with it. Now a year later and since upgrading to Win10 I decide I want to play and I can't log in. I can log into the website and I see I have no key showing. I don't know where to even look. I remember I had to download the game. Am I looking for an email or what? any help I would truly appreciate

The game should be in your account. Do you still have the Key? If so, try entering it again or directly contact support. Your key should be visible here (log in before): https://il2sturmovik.com/store/license-keys/
