teamspeak Wings of liberty

Hi all,

 

Im quite new on this sim. I wanna make contact with Wings of Liberty via Teamspeak 3. I have read their pinned topic and found the link:  95.31.30.132. But trying to connect, its not working: "failed". Is their a password or something else i have to do? I am using TS 3.
