the newly founded Jagdgeschwader 21 will join the fight

Right now, consisting of a flight of experienced 1946 pilots,
who earned their wings on ADW and "Mist-of-war", we will contribute
our part to the Battle of Stalingrad.

Soon to follow - skins for 1./JG21 > 7./JG 54.

 

Staffel was formed as 1./JG21 on 15.7.39 in Jesau. From late June 1940 and to the end of Battle of Britain, was stationed in Netherlands, and to remember it, Staffel applied an emblem - "Winged Clog".

 

On 6.7.40 renamed in 7./JG 54. In early 1942, Staffel emblem was improved - "Flying Clog" was superimposed to Coat of Arms of Hamburg.

 

On 10.8.44 Staffel renamed in 10./JG54

 

On 25.2.45 Staffel renamed in 14./JG26
